Using our support services

To get the most from your Support Agreement with Hunter Systems, please note the following:

  • Always register new products that you buy from us so that you receive information about product upgrades as well as news about seminars, training opportunities and user groups.
  • You will need to quote your Support Agreement number in all correspondence, so please have this to hand before calling us and remember to include it in e-mails or letters.
  • When reporting a fault or problem, please give as many details as possible to help us diagnose and rectify the issue in the shortest possible time. For software problems, please tell us the exact version number that you are using.
