• Complete asset tracking:
• Customisable data fields enabling you to enter and store the exact information about your assets that you need to record.
• Full tracking of your assets across single or split sites and over their complete life cycle, keeping you updated on their location and on changes in value.
• Scheduling and tracking of your asset activities and deployments, e.g. when an asset is due for servicing or is leased to a third-party, SAM records these events and the time the asset is due to be returned.
• Change management tracking. SAM creates a log entry for every change that is made during the life of an order, job or project so that you can track its progress swiftly and accurately.
• Document library. All files relating to your assets are saved as attachments within SAM’s document library. By linking files to individual assets, you can ensure that all information relating to a particular asset (e.g. purchase invoice, service history etc) is stored securely and can be easily found when needed.
• External Database Integration. SAM will integrate seamlessly with external databases, meaning that you can link your assets to any existing OLEDB compliant data source. SAM also provides advanced synchronisation capabilities and integration with legacy systems.
