Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Editions
There are 3 editions of CRM available
- Workgroup Server edition offers the same rich feature set as Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Professional Server edition and includes and supports a maximum of five user licenses.
- Professional Server edition offers a rich feature set, supports single tenant deployment and has no licensing limit on number of users.
- Enterprise Server edition offers a rich feature set, supports multi-tenant deployments and has no licensing limit on number of users.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Licensing
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 product licenses consist of two elements.
- Firstly you need to purchase the server licence for the server that will hold the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 system.
- Secondly you require a license for each named user that will use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 (these are not concurrent user licenses).
